CEO MASTER® Program Overview

The CEO MASTER® Program at FMIT® is a specialized executive training program designed for Board Members, Chief Executives, Division Heads, Branch Directors, and Senior Managers who seek to master international management standards, refine leadership and operational skills, and build modern management systems to enhance competitive advantage.

Gone are the days when organizations succeed by relying solely on experience. Executive Competency Levels

Levels of Executive Management Capability:
Level 1: Manages by personal experience without formal training
